How We Use It:

In our calming corner

This is a fantastic tool to keep available for your kids when they need to take a moment to collect their thoughts. It can be very relaxing and helps us shift our focus.

For Fun

It’s fun to create colorful patterns.

My own stress management
I find coloring mandala art to feel very similar to doodling. Rather than drawing random things or writing my name repeatedly (my usual go-to fidget activity); I’m able to color while talking to someone or while paying attention to an important meeting. It’s grounding and relaxing. It can help distract me when I’m feeling down, or focus me when my mind is wandering.

I hope you and your little ones enjoy the coloring book. Click here for the free download.
