FAQs
What’s included in the membership?
Each month, you’ll get:
✔️ A themed collection of social-emotional learning (SEL) activities
✔️ A growing coping skill library
✔️ Mini-courses to support emotional development
✔️ Resources for moms, including self-care tools & parent-child connection activities
What ages is this designed for?
This membership is best suited for kids in preschool-5th grade (ages 4-10). Many activities include options to adjust difficulty, making them adaptable for your child’s needs. While SEL skills aren’t strictly age-dependent (many adults benefit too!), older children may find some activities less engaging.
Is this a curriculum?
No, this is a flexible resource library rather than a step-by-step curriculum. You can pick and choose what works best for your child and use the materials at your own pace.
How does access work?
You’ll have access to the current month’s resources plus the past two months (e.g., if it’s March, you’ll have January, February, and March). This rolling access ensures you always have a variety of materials to choose from.
The coping skill library, mini-courses, and mom-focused resources are always accessible!
Do I have to complete activities every week?
Not at all! The membership is designed for flexibility. You can use the resources whenever they fit into your family’s schedule—whether that’s daily, weekly, or just when needed.
Do I need to print everything?
No! While many activities include printable options, plenty of activities can be done without printing, using household items, discussion prompts, or hands-on exercises.
Will this replace therapy?
This membership is not a replacement for therapy but can provide valuable coping tools while waiting for services or as a proactive way to build emotional skills. Many of the activities mirror the foundational skills therapists often introduce.
What if my child doesn’t struggle with emotions?
SEL isn’t just for kids experiencing big emotions—it’s for all kids! Emotional intelligence helps with confidence, friendships, problem-solving, and self-regulation. Giving your child these skills early can prevent struggles later on.
Can I use this with multiple kids?
Yes! Your membership covers your whole family, and most activities are designed to be adaptable for different ages.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! If the membership isn’t the right fit, you can cancel at any time. No hidden fees or long-term commitments.
